Depending on your operating system and install version of printer device, there could be update available to try and fix this issue.If restarting the printer doesn’t help, try removing the USB cable from both the computer and printer and reconnecting them again. Check your printer status and ensure that there are no hardware issues and that your printer has enough paper, toner or ink.
